Number-To-Word Conversion Function Does not convert

Hi,

I have used to_check_number for converting number to words in RTF template but instead of conversion it gives this text oracle.apps.fnd.i18n.common.text.CheckNumberFormatter

<?xdofx:to_check_number(12345.67, 'KWD', 'CASE_LOWER', 'DECIMAL_STYLE_WORDS')?>

Template Editor Version:  10.1.3.2.1
