R03B50B does not match receipts and does not give any error

Hi ,

R03B50B, does not match the receipts uploaded electronically, even though does not give any error updates F03B13.ASTA with '2'.  The output report states "All Alogrithms were setup correctly- no exceptions".  And the alogrithm defined only has R03B50B defined.
