Cannot get a connection from helper after 120 seconds. (OTM)

Hello everyone,

I am trying to execute a test script which runs successfully in OpenScript (checked with many iterations) with Oracle Test Manager and I get the error: Cannot get a connection from helper after 120 seconds.


Restarting the Helper Service did not work. The helpers in IE are enabled and run properly as OpenScript works without any problem. I also tried to execute the test using the following run commands but it didn't help: -iterations 3 -iterationDelay 5 -formsft.capture_screenshot true -web.clear_cache true -web.clear_cookies true .

I have read all relevant posts in oracle's forum but nothing helped solve the problem. I have made many times re-installation of OATS due to some other errors and sometimes the problem was fixed after re-installation.
