P42118 not releasing Backorder Quantity

Hi ,

We are facing critical issue where the backorder release program P42118 is not releasing Quantity even if Quanity is available. The order is not on hold.The JDE version is  WS 7.3 cume 11.

Please advise what all could be possible for P42118 not releasing Qty even if it's available (Checked Order Holds). Is there any impact of non blank field for a non blank date in  "future use 2 date " field in F4211.

Any pointers /suggestions are appreciated.
