IP16 PatchSet6 with IE11 having issue with application

Hello Team,

We have upgraded our environment from 8.1.1.14 Patchset10 to IP16 Patchset6, upgrade went fine and application is up & running.

But we are observing issues when we access the applicaiton using IE (Our version is 11)

Issues are:

1. When we login to the application using IE, loading home page takes lot of time (about 6 Mins) "O" logo keeps spinning in the foreground while background displaying all the screens.

2. After "O" stops spinning, Home Page doesn't display welcome message, calendar or any other information

3. Some custom applets doesn't display properly, no proper alignment.

But with Chrome browser there are no issue as i mentioned above,
