Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to generate tags for zero onhand balances items in pyhsical inventory?

Anyone could help me on how to generate tag numbers for those items with zero on-hand balances upon generating tags in physical inventory?
