Siebel CTI - Event Handler - Response and Log, elaboration

Hi All.

In a standard Event Handler, you associate an Event Response where you do a query using QueryBusObj, QueryBusCom and QuerySpec. Also you specify OpenView, SingleView and MultiView.

If you want to create an activity, you specify an Event Log Type: Log and do the required config.

Another option is to use the AddBusObj, AddBusComp etc in your Event Response, however ... will these combine with the above and what is the advantage/disadvantage of using this method instead of the above ?
