After running usage in ece, the balance is not updated in customer center

Hi,

All the processes in ECE are up and running. So now, when I run the sample voice usage script, the balances are updated in ECE. This was verified through the ecs logs.

But the same is not updated on the Customer Center Tool. Any help regarding what may be the cause?
