Are there any automatic api or way to enter daily rate to oracle EBS ?

Dear Colleagues,

Our company is financial one and end user has to enter daily rate from Owanda system to the oracle application daily, it seems a boring job and a lot of cases he forgot that.

are there any way or API package to enter that into our ERP system automatically?

He was entering the daily rate manually thru payables

==>Currency==>Rates==>Daily

please help

ERP: Oracle EBS R12.1.3

database version : 11.2.0.4

OS:  windows 2008 R2 server
