Oracle reports output with unwanted characters

I am using Oracle reports 10g in EBS 12.1.3 environment. I have developed a report with output format as Text. Report layout is quite simple. Problem is when I see output of report from application it is showing some unwanted characters. Screen shot is attached for clarification. Even after creating layout from scratch the result is same. Please suggest any solution.
