PO Requisition Account Generator workflow

Dear All ,

We are trying to customize the workflow for Pr Requisition account generator.We are currently adding a customized process to pick the Account codes using a custom PL/SQL Function.Out instance has Project Accounting enabled and I find that the process in the PROJ_REQ_ACCOUNT_GENERATION is also runnable.So we have 2 runnable processses.

Need to know which one of them will run in the current environment and how do we control which one runs
