HFM Consolidation Aborts

I loaded a rule change.  After the rule change, consolidation aborts for some Entity hierarchies but not all.  Here s the Unspecified error the consolidation gives.  Has anyone seen this?

<DStr>CHsvDSCalcStatus::InternalUpdateCSEntSetEntityToImpacted ORA-01403: no data found. The incoming parameters are: lScenario 14, lYear 2016, lEntity 840, lStoredPeriod 9, lStoredLastPeriodAffected 9, lValue 452, bUpdateEntityLevelConsolStatus 0, bDontSetInUseBit 0, bRunningLogic 0. The Node table name is HFMNCRPROD_CSN_14_2016. The Ent table name is HFMNCRPROD_CSE_14_2016</DStr>
