Banking Account Details - End Date Page will Error if you Cancel out and Try to Go Back to End Date

During  UAT testing for our 12.2.5 upgrade, a user cancelled out of the Banking Details End Date page, then clicked on the 'End Date' icon again, and an error is thrown.  It seems the page does not refresh after cancelling.  Because if you click on 'Apply' (even without entering an end date) then click on the 'End Date' icon again, the page displays. 

Is there anyone else experiencing this issue?  Clearing Cache, etc. does not resolve the problem.
