Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ESU Application is not opening. Give error copy/init data error.

HI,

I am facing issue on ESU application. I have run the some exe file and step completed successfully.

I have login with JDE plan and try to open the Electronic software application (P96474). It is give the following error.

(Error: Insert to table P96474 failed - JDEPLAN).

i am unable to apply any ESU any ESU.
