Hardware for MSCA

Besides using a scan gun like an Intermec or a Motorola what other devices might people be using for MSCA? In our specific use case the factory would like to use MSCA in capturing realtime Quality Collection data however the screen siz on a scan gun and the interface can not be the most user friendly.
