Trying to move ocr from one diskgroup to another and i see a strange behavior

This a windows RAC in 11.2.0.2

Ocr is in DATA diskgroup and I am planning it to move to a separate diskgroup which they will be giving.

Meanwhile I wanted to test the movement so choose FRA.

Steps followed:-

1. Mirrored ocr to FRA using ocrconfig -add +FRA ( ocrcheck showed both data and fra)

2. crsctl replace votedisk +FRA    (crsctl query css votedisk) showed the voting disk as FRA.

3. All looked good to me and wanted to revert back.

I thought do we need to really mirror before running crsctl replace votedisk ? I don't see the metalink document saying it.

Deleted the old voting disk in DATA diskgroup and ran crsctl replace votedisk +DATA. command returned successfully
