Cannot open Create Accounting Output in PDF when running from TOOLS menu

The only scenario when I can not open output for Craete Accounting is when I am running it from Transaction-> Tools-> Create Accounting ... How to fix? Post Processor start/end date for this request is null (pp_start_date and pp_end_date is null) Any ideas how to fix - open in PDF? (without extra steps every time when run it )
