HFM - TASK FLOW - Manage not showing Tasks list

Working on HFM (11.1.2.4) development environment and created some tasks under Task Flows in Consolidation Administration. The tasks were running without any trouble but then disappeared from the task list. When I tried to create new task with the same name, got a systems message "duplicate task flow definition". I tried to create a new task with a different name but unable to view it under Task Flows - Manage. Appreciate if someone can help to troubleshoot this problem.
