Transfer Order: Item Availabilty and Committed

Hi Guys,

i entered a transfer order to transfer an item from an other location; by the way i forgot to specify the location (i didn't shipped and received the transfer order ST/OT).

By the way looking the item availability i found something on the Primary Location (P), and i'm not able to figure out what this means and where is coming from, can anyone please adivse and let me know who can i have 0 on primary location on the committed?
