Consolidate 80% of subsidiary value

Hi,

I am trying to consolidate subsidiary ledger balance to parent ledger. In that, i want to consolidate 80% of the value since the parent company only owns 80% of the subsidiary.  I could consolidate 100% value successfully. Can anyone please describe how to meet my requirement?
