How can we disable GL upload via excel sheet to Oracle GL from our users

Oracle GL Guru;

We have a requirement now to NOT allow any of our current GL application users to upload GL Journal Entry via excel spreadsheet in Oracle.

How can we enforce this requirement in Oracle GL application?

We are on EBS release 12.1.3

Note: All our misc GL Journal Entries happens in a third party application. once they are confirmed and approved then they'll imported to GL Interface table with Posted flag as YES.

         We'll have no need any longer for upload of GL JE Entries via excel spreadsheet upload to Oracle GL. We want to enforce this procedure and wanted to know as how we be able to
