ADF_FACES-60097 error

Hello Experts,

I am getting the attached adf_faces-60097 error on one of our planner user's computer. I checked his user access and role provisions which are exactly what it should be. I logged in as me(admin) on his laptop and still received the same error. He can log into any other computer and does not get the error so this issue is definitely not related to his access rights. What else could be the reason for this error? Our environment is up to date with patches and the user does not use two planning applications simultaneously.

Any guidance is appreciated.
