What is this document?
While searching for some other information, Google gave me this link:
Nice, interesting, informative, and addresses an issue that has been a bit of a hot button for me. But there is no real attribution, reference, etc. The url seems to indicate that it is in a collection of OTN tutorials. But if I try to enter a shortened part of the url (say, just down through the /tutorials) I get redirected to http://www.oracle.com/us/Error/index.html
Just curious as to exactly what the doc is and how one might find it / drill down to it though www.oracle.com without having google to give a direct url.
