Planning is missing in HSS version 11.1.2.4

I did a fresh installation for 11.1.2.4 on linux

everything is working fine but not able to see the planning in hSS.

the vision application that was created from planning is registered in HSS and all toher components are working fine expect that I do not see the planning under application groups

Please suggest
