COGS Recognition has No Entry

Hi All,

COGS Recognition has no entry. Inventory period is already closed and Cost Update have been final before running the 3 COGS program. Is this an Oracle standard for OPM when generating COGS Recognition? Can we not update the Create Accounting for COGS Recognition after the Inventory period is already closed and The Cost Update is Final?
