Preventive Minatenance work orders

Dear Team,

One user wrongly run the Generate preventive maintenance concurrent and implemented around 8000 work order's

Those work order's are in unreleased status and we are not  interested in deleting those work orders ,same are reflecting work order status report which causing issues in review meetings

would like to know whether we can delete (or) hide those work order's ( or) impact ?
