We have Two account in Oracle rac Database on windows Both account have admin access one is IRMMANAGER and other one is dbaadmin ,Rac installation and database creation had been done by IRMMANGAER Id but this ID is lock for the security purpose.

We want to stop and start our cluster with dbaadmin in but it gives insufficient privs error.

Kindly suggest.
