Zero on hand quantity physical inventory tag generation

Hi,

How can I generate tags for items that now has zero on-hand quantity? These items are active and has transactions for the period. Exclude Zero on-hand balance is not ticked on Physical Inventory defined.

Any suggestions on how can we resolve this?
