Legal Entity in GBP to support another entity with functional currency as EURO
Hi All,
Business is having an office in London, UK under the UK based legal entity - which has functional currency as GBP.
Now, another Ireland based office (Proposed Functional Currency: EURO) falls under the reporting of same London based office (Functional Currency: GBP).
Since, this is a conflict as far as accounting setup is concerned.
Legally, business is fine while operating Ireland under UK based entity in GBP and on the contrary it is required to capture the day to day transactions in EURO for Ireland.
Any inputs in this regard shall be of help.
Regards,
Saurabh Singhal.
