Any method to know EBS standard objects change from 12.1 to 12.2?

Hi, experts

I want to upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2, and I want to ensure my customizations will work after upgrading.

Is there any method could know which object get changed and how? (except GSCC)

1. Any script or report could provide the information?

2. Or any document have the information could be confirmed?

3. Or, no such information at all?
