Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Performance issue because of the below syntax used in rtf template?

<?format-number:ORDERED;//FORMAT_MASK?>

Oracle Apps R12.1.3

oracle BI Template Builder for Word: 10.1

Oracle Publisher Version: 5.6.3

Oracle Reports version 10.1.2.3.0

please help me
