POOMWPOS1 column in F98222 if set to 1 by SQL will the object get the token ?

If we set column POOMWPOS1 to 1 by SQl in table F98222, will the correspoding object in the project get the token ?

In case if the token for an object exist in another project and IF I forcibly set value POOMWPOS1 = 1 in my project, will I get the token ? Will the token be released from the other project ?
