Not able to open multiple Siebel sessions from an external application

Hi All,

We have a requirement to open Siebel from an external call center application. Depending on the phone number from where the call is received, the external application calls siebel with that phone number as an input and we will open either the Accounts Screen or the Contacts Screen. This has been achieved by calling a Custom BS as a part of the Siebel URL and the logic is written in that BS.

Now the issue which i am facing is that Siebel does not open multiple sessions based on the calls made from the external application. It does open up different browser windows but behind the scenes it is tied to the same session(one session). Due to this we see issues where application UI becomes disorganized, log out from one browser automatically logs out the user from the other browser etc. Need a way to identify as to how different siebel sessions can be opened based on the calls made to Siebel by the other application.
