HBR Character UTF-8

I'm exporting the HBR from Production EAS Server and trying to timport on Development EAS Server, version 11.1.1.3 and Linux 5.5

There are Brazilian characters on name, source,....  Example:

Name: Calcula a produção sugerida para os itens intermediários

When the export is finish, the xml is with the codificiation above:

Name: Calcula a produ§£o sugerida para os itens intermedi¡rios

When this xml is imported on EAS Dev, the HBR is wrong (Calcula a produ§£o sugerida para os itens intermedi¡rios)

What I need to make to correct this characterset?
