Does the fix for Doc ID 2207336.1 require a reboot?

Yum shows the following on my OL 6.7/6.8 servers:

yum     list rhn-setup rhn-client-tools rhn-check rhn-setup-gnome

Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit, rhnplugin, security, ulninfo

This system is receiving updates from ULN.

Can I update these packages without needing to reboot, or do they require an outage?
