Changing DB_SECUREFILE from PERMITTED to ALWAYS

Good day,

     I am required to change the parameter DB_SECUREFILE from PERMITTED to ALWAYS on my databases.   Am wondering what is the impact of this change on existing LOB tables and the impact if we add new data to these tables.   Any suggestions would be appreciated.
