Copy to asset bom in eAM through MSCA

Is this requirement possible through MSCA functionality? Users want to move to utilizing MSCA to issue material to work orders. However when they are in the HTML pages issuing material they are using the Copy to Asset BOM functionality. How would one accomplish the same in MSCA?
