Has COSPL_DEFINE_PLANMODEL folder under Supply Planning folder module been retired?

Has COSPL_DEFINE_PLANMODEL folder under Supply Planning (CO_SUPPLYPLANNING) folder module been retired since 8.4?

We are in SCM 9.0, though not for very long, and the folder of Define Planning Attributes under the Supply planning menu option shows up twice but only one has other menu options inside.

Anywhere I can look to see if this was replace with the other folder called EPSPL_DEFINE_PLANMODEL.
