FDMEE Data Load Rule Process Status struck at "Rule will run Momentarily'

We are NOT able to reset the status of a FDMEE data load task status which is struck at "Rule will run Momentarily'.

The parent Process status shows as failed at both FDMEE and ODI , tried restarting FDMEE & Foundation but wasn't able to resolve. also the Reset Status button is greyed out.
