How do I create a Rolling Report with -13 months from the current period ?

Trying to create a report in FRS using the Relative Member./Range  Would like to have a pull down for the period if possible but it's okay to prompt.

I can also use a substitution variable for the current month-yr but cannot find where to create/manage them in FRS.  Month and Year are combined in one dimension so I believe that I cannot use the Range function.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
