SQL*Loader-951: Error calling once/load initializationORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL lev

Hi We recently upgraded our database from 11.2.0.4 to 12.3.1.0 . Our developer receiving following error while loading data from sql loader...Please suggest me what will be work around for this and how we fix permanently.
