Bug 16759933. Garbage collector settings

We are facing performance issue and checking logs we see a lot of files generated with the following message:

ObjMgrBusServiceLogObjMgrBusServiceLog000005fb158350c70:02016-12-13 13:41:41STE: HEAPSIZE = 43690

Reading in the Oracle Support we found the bug 16759933 but we didn't find any solution, workaround or realted info about this bug. Does anyone know how to fix this bug (we didn't find de patch to fix it) or any workaround to prevent this log to be generated?
