Unable to find the “Calendar Check” diagnostic after patch

After installing patch 10324904, I am unable to find the “Calendar Check” diagnostic test based on 1225833.1.  I tried bouncing Apache.  I can find the diagnostic on a test instance, but not on production.  Is there a way to run the diagnostic manually?
