Error while importing eligibility matrix ADM containing product having special character

Hi All,

I have a product as Promocion especial zona despliegue (5E dto), when it was migrated to another environment there was no error.

But when I migrated an eligibility rule containing this product,it throws below error on importing the ADM:

Method 'WriteRecord' of business component 'Product Eligibility BusComp' (integration component 'Product Eligibility BusComp') for record with search specification '[Product] = "Fibra 300Mb" AND [Product Line] IS NULL AND [Effective Start Date] = "01/01/2015 13:30:00" AND [Effective End Date] IS NULL AND [Matrix Rule Num] = "38067"' returned the following error:"The query could not be run because there is an invalid character in the field 'Name'. Please ensure that the value in the field is formatted correctly with only valid characters. Missing quotes around the search criteria or unnecessary punctuation will often cause an error.(SBL-DAT-00403) Expression does not match any Siebel
