Need to decide 12c standard edition version for Redhat Enterprise 7 linux x86_64 platform

Hello All,

Currently we have our production databases running on 11.2.0.3 standard edition with Grid Infrastructure on Redhat Enterprise 6  (x86_64), Now we are in a process of building new DB server on RH7 x86_64.

we are planning to go with 12c, Can anybody please help me on below.

what is the latest/best version available in 12c for standard edition and from where we can download it (as I didn't find it on OTN)?

on google I came to know that oracle has released 12.1.0.2 but its only for enterprise edition.
