Realm Question

Wondering if someone would be able to help me understand this call flow:

I currently have two different realms configured

1)Inside - calls from inside to the outside carrier

2)Outside- Default route fro calls from carrier to the inside

I was tracing a few calls using the monitor and trace feature but noticed that the realms for ingress and egress are changing on the same call flow. The attached image was two calls form the inside to the outside and both show different ingress/egress realms.
