Unable to add blank item profile in JDE 9.1 to use for mix item LPN

Hi Team,

As per requirement of blank item profile for mix item LPN; I am trying to add it by using P46010. System not allowing to add it as item number cannot be blank. Please let me know if any bug is reported for same with oracle and what is the solution on it.
