Need help in loading contacts into Campaign

Not sure where this question should go.  It's technically not a report but could be seen on the campaign dashboard.

We just finished a webinar campaign and now I need to load the contacts for follow up.  I have been trying to add as recipients but nothing is working.  The majority of these are current clients so I don't want to overwrite their contact records.

How do I add people both new and current contacts?  There are over 100 people so I was hoping to be able to import them into the campaign and not add manually.
