Auto submission of Charges

Hi Team,

Please advice is it possible that once the SR closed (or comes at the final stage) then automatically the 'Actual' charges submitted to the OM?

I have read the impl guide and few articles in that it is written that it is achievable but the charges should flow from the debrief, but in our case we are creating the charges in Teleservice form directly (no debrief)

I will set the profile options but please advice if the auto closure will work once we close the SR and add the charges directly without debrief?
