How To Burst Paychecks and Advices

I'd like to burst the employees' paychecks and advices each pay period, however, this should only be triggered upon final update, as there are possibilities of the payment being reset or the payroll reset.  Has anyone had experience with this?

I tried to setup the Print programs in Reports Setup under step 5 Reports.  I was able to submit the jobs but no BI output was generated.
